You are invited to attend a public consultation drop-in event regarding plans for the ‘Proposed conversion and redevelopment of existing Clandeboye Business Park to provide a c.110 bed residential and nursing care facility, including associated site parking, landscaping and all other associated site works’ at Unit 1 Clandeboye Business Park, West Circular Road, Bangor, BT19 1FN

Public Event:

  • Wednesday 4th November 2026

  • 3pm – 7pm

  • At the Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex, 3 Valentine Road, Bangor BT20 4TH.

In addition to the in-person public consultation event, this website has the facility for members of the public to leave feedback on the proposal, and will remain live for comments until  Friday 4th December 2026, 5pm.
